Shopping with us is easy, We endeavour to make your shopping experience as fuss free and easy as possible. We hope the following can answer some queries you may have.

How do I place an order?



Select the item you want and add it to your shopping cart. You can review the items in your cart anytime by clicking the shopping cart icon on the top right corner of the page. When you are done with your shopping session, click checkout at the shopping page and follow the on-screen instructions.

Payment options



We are currently using Paypal to accept online payments. With Paypal, there are two ways you can pay:

  • Payment by Paypal
    This requires you to register for a Paypal account. With a PayPal account you can choose to pay with your credit card, debit card, bank account, or PayPal account balance for any purchase you make. To select PayPal, check the PayPal button at the Payment Page and click the Login to PayPal button. You will automatically proceed to paypal.com to complete your payment. We require that your PayPal account be verified and your shipping address be confirmed with PayPal.

     

  • Payment by Credit cards
    Should you not have a Paypal account, you can opt to make payment using VISA, MasterCard or American Express. We cannot accept checks, cash and money orders as payment. We only accept credit cards from countries where we ship. 

 

Do not want to pay by Paypal or credit card? Kindly chat with us on our Carousell page and we are able to accept bank transfers from there. We typically reply within an hour. (for Singapore customers only!)

Shipping



All packages shipped within and outside Singapore will be posted as a Registered Article that will come with a tracking number and a signature may be required upon receipt. Customers are responsible for any additional charges on returned packages.

 

Enjoy FREE SHIPPING for all orders within Singapore (usually 2-3 days) and internationally (usually 1-2 weeks).

 

For SELF-COLLECTION (Singapore customers only), you may choose to pick up your purchase from Toa Payoh / Promenade MRT station Monday - Friday, 9 - 5pm.

Returns & refunds



  • Returns are acceptable within 30 days for domestic and international purchases from the date of receipt. For items received after this time period, we reserve all rights to deny the return.

  • Returns are acceptable via mail only.

  • Returns are processed 5-7 business days and can only be issued to the original payment method. Please indicate if you would prefer a store credit instead of a refund.

  • Except in cases where we have made an error, shipping is non-refundable.

  • All returns must be shipped via traceable and insured mail.

  • Returns must be received in NEW, UNUSED and UNWASHED condition with original tags and packaging (if applicable).

  • All sale items discounted at more than 30% are non-returnable.
